My wife and I took turns waiting on their confirmed date of install. I tookover because she couldn´t take being so badly mislead ( lied to). We then begged to be told an HONEST time for their tech to do the install. By the way, all the lines were already here. My neighbours have adsl. We just needed the router ( my business is building/installing computers/networks ). We were told they needed to do it. So again WHEN? Literally months later finally. Still plagued with sparodic service. And why when on well known sites, their censoring ( Cangaru net or whatever ) splashes all over the page? I do research and all the pages are at least ¨chid¨ safe in ratings. Yet this obtrusively infuriating what, service? that cant go away steps all over the page. Blocking KEY text. Telefonica are just a complete nightmare to deal with even the english speaking operators cannot solve your problems. Six weeks, five visits from three engineers and one phone connection completley destroyed and this is what they charge you 180 euro´s for. Please keep me informed of the progress of this deal as we will be sure to sign up. That´s the best news I have heard all year. How is that possible that they can get away with treating their customers like this.. It took me 3 attemts( apparenly I canceled the installation right after ordering it???) 8 weeks before I finally had a line in my house... Aswell I was told that the promotion was free installation.. Up til now I have paid 400 euros.. in 2 months. I spend days waiting for tecnitians ,and on the phone for hours with telefonica, just to be told something different every time. If I would run my business the same way as telefonica, I would be without work and in prison.. I am very close to tell telefonica to stuff their fantastic product.. Good luck everybody..
