Direct Telecom continues to grow from strength to strength. In less than a year, the company has doubled in size and is now offering an even wider range of communications products and services designed to help its clients save money.

Now, with the appointment of Mike Broeckaert as Company Director in October 2006, things couldn’t be more exciting for Direct Telecom and its customers!

As Marketing Director for over a year prior to his recent appointment, and having been responsible for all the company’s marketing and public relations efforts, Mike has an excellent grasp of just what customers want from Direct Telecom. This insight will be put to good use as he takes charge of ensuring that Direct Telecom continues to exceed all expectations as regards Low-Cost Calls, VoIP Internet Telephony and ADSL broadband.

Mike was born in Belgium and grew up in Tenerife before leaving for the UK to study for his A-Levels and university degree. From a young age, his interests have been related to technology and computing, which is why he finds Direct Telecom such an exciting company to work for. “Direct Telecom needs to constantly stay in tune with the very latest technology to provide the best services to our clients,” Mike says, “This means that I have an excellent opportunity to fuse together my interests with my career.”

In fact, in 2006, Direct Telecom has invested almost 100,000€ in research and development over six months, to continue to improve their telephony, VoIP and ADSL broadband products and services using the latest technology. “We are continually working to give our customers the certainty that they are always paying the lowest possible rates for their calls, surfing the web with reliable high speed broadband, and enjoying the backup and support of an extremely efficient yet friendly customer service team,” Mike Broeckaert explains.

With a New Year round the corner, Direct Telecom’s many customers can expect many more exciting innovations to come in 2007.
