My UK based family has gone through some traumatic times in the past year. Thank goodness I am with Direct Telecom! I can call them whenever I want to, and I don’t have to wait until the weekend for cheap rates - it costs next to nothing all week! (Ian, Tenerife)

I have a lot of “chatty” friends in the UK and calling them all used to be so expensive. Now they know I am with Direct Telecom, they call or text me and ask “Can you call me back?” And at these rates, I really don’t mind! Plus, when they visit, they buy me dinner as a “thank you!” (Ian B, Canary Islands)

I have been a customer of Direct Telecom for around 5 year now… I was one of the first on the list when I heard about the Fritz!box router & ADSL service, as I had always been MORE than happy with the excellent service I have received from Direct Telecom.

Since having their ADSL with VoIP calls, my phone bills have been reduced by as much as 70â‚¬ a month - which has more than paid for my ADSL connection anyway!… plus I’ve continually received 10â‚¬ credit to my account every time I’ve referred a friend.

All I can say is I wish all companies I deal with in Spain were this professional and as committed to customer service as Direct Telecom… it almost takes me back to the UK ethos!

I am delighted to say that using Direct Telecom for my low cost calls has always been simple, quick and professional with an extremely attentive personal service. I now have ADSL with you and again have been very satisfied with the service. The router arrived promptly and the instructions were straight forward. I have now been using the internet without a hitch for a couple of months and my calls are even cheaper than before. Thanks for all your care.

Ich nutze nun schon seit Ã¼ber 3 Jahren die Sparvorwahl von Direct-Telecom und muss immer wieder staunen, wie gÃ¼nstig meine Telefonate nach Deutschland, Ã–sterreich und in die Schweiz sind. Und nicht nur das - die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und haben sich immer sofort um meine Probleme gekÃ¼mmert, und das auch noch in meiner Sprache.
Jetzt habe ich ADSL bekommen. Es ging super schnell und funktioniert vÃ¶llig problemlos. Die Box ist der absolute Hammer. Wer also nicht nur eine gÃ¼nstige LÃ¶sung fÃ¼r sein internet und Telefon sucht, sondern dazu auch noch den entsprechenden Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann Direct-Telecom nur jedem wÃ¤rmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team - muchas gracias!!!

Soy cliente de Direct Telecom ya varios aÃ±os, y solo puedo decir que estoy muy contento. Gracias a ellos he conseguido reducir mis gastos de telefonÃa para la empresa y de mi casa. Siempre me han atendido con mucha amabilidad y el servicio que me han prestado es ejemplar. Â¡Desde luego, TelefÃ³nica tiene mucho que aprender de ellos! gracias por ser como sois, y sobre todo por hacer que mi empresa tenga facturas de telÃ©fono que son una decima parte de lo que eran antes. I would just like to say we have been using the FritzBox for a few months now and it is a great product. Our calls are so much cheaper and we now have ADSL. Direct Telecom have offered support in English which is such a relief form trying to deal with Telefonica. I would recommend anyone one to the Fritzbox!!
